Spanish Potato Tortilla (Tortilla Española) Workshop

IMG_2554On the weekend we tried to make some original potato tortillas. Basically you need potatoes, eggs, onions and oil. We prepared the meal for 3 persons and fortunately we had some help from our spanish friend Artigas (thanks Artigas) so the result wasn’t that bad… we documented the process in detail to repeat it for further perfection :-) .
